TASTING

Eye : Clean and bright with some very fine free-run juice. Very high intensity with claret tonality.

Nose : Very high aromatic intensity. Black fruits and spices (pepper). Second layer of dark chocolate notes. With evolution in the wine glass it gets a complexity towards the spiced character (clove, Juniper berries…)

Palate : Vibrant, good acidity, body and structure. Long and persistent with a final hint of spiced pepper and Juniper berries.
