Eye : Clean and bright with very fine free-run juice. Medium to high intensity with ruby red tonality.
Nose : High aromatic intensity. Ripe red fruit (raspberry) with a milky and creamy touch.
Palate : Fresh with round tannins, medium bodied and structured, long and persistent with a hint of fruits of the forest (sloe) in the aftertaste.
